Hearing #2

MMJ4FLA win the first round & the Florida Medical Board now step sideways looking to their state government to bare the consequences of the boards proposed actions which invite class actions and civil rights claims against the state.

The Florida Medical Board announced in Fort Lauderdale on April 6 that they would not be making a final decision on their proposed ban on telemedicine for medical marijuana patients but instead would be passing the decision making over to the State Government.

The Florida Medical Board denied our requests for special accommodations and is violating those patients civil rights and rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Our members who number in the hundreds as well as our staff are submitting formal complaints to the Department of Health & Human Services and to the Department of Justice.
